The challenge
Utility-services bucket trucks live outside, get climbed on, and run hot in summer. The previous wrap peeled at the cab edges within a year. Owner wanted something that would actually last 5+ years.
How we approached it
Cast vinyl + premium UV laminate. Edge-sealed every panel. Rolled vs. squeegeed in heat-sensitive areas to avoid lift.
The result
Three years in, no peeling. Owner has since brought us 4 more trucks and refers other contractors regularly.
